“Do you agree with Jane Fonda’s favorite exercise motto, “no pain, no gain?” Is it impossible to attain greatness without considerable hardship?“
I know it’s true enough and mostly, and it’s rather easier to believe in the pain. But does everything need to do with pain to such extent? I’d rather like to find a way to make the pain smaller as possible. I love learning. Well, I’m never going to say exercises are not pain, haha. I LOVE learning what I like to learn. To know something new. I admit it often needs hard work. But it’s much more important to learn to like the object you learn. Just believing in the pain of hard work and just saying in your head “I have to do this” is NOT going to make a miracle. I think the easiest way is to find what you really like to know more and you can lose track of time in doing. There’s no time to feel pain!
