What’s Your Mother Tongue For This?

In Japanese,

SHIRO IS WHITE.
AKA IS RED.
MOMO, or MOMO-IRO(IRO means color), IS PINK.
HAI-IRO IS GREY.
KI-IRO IS YELLOW.
AO IS BLUE. AO also meant GREEN in the old days, and some people, especially old people, or in books or in Hai-ku, may still use it that way.
MIDORI IS GREEN. MIDORI also meant the (BLACK) beauty of the traditional Japanese BLACK hair in the old days.
KURO IS BLACK.
MURASAKI IS PURPLE.
CHA, or CHA-IRO is BROWN. CHA also means tea, and Japanese traditional tea is green tea, but the color name CHA isn’t green.

I was pick some words from two languages about the name of colours,this is some words from Maori Language and Gorontalo Language.
